Was my D&C. All I remember is waking up in labor and delivery yelling and crying. I thought that by a year later I would have my take home baby, or be well on my way. I thought I'd be healed. I thought I'd be happy. I thought wrong.

- Sometimes "Happily Ever After" doesn't go according to plan. This is the story of the turns my life has taken since my husband became a soldier, and since our seemingly simple desire for a baby became an uphill battle. Recently diagnosed with mild lupus and PCOS, the fight for a family continues after 3 years, 3 lost angel babies, and the start of our journey into foster care.
