After spending 7 hours in the ER last night, we lost another baby. I am numb and heartbroken, and angry.
Thank goodness for my friends - my elephants. And for my amazing husband, who should have been coming back from deployment to our baby. Not fair. Not okay.

- Sometimes "Happily Ever After" doesn't go according to plan. This is the story of the turns my life has taken since my husband became a soldier, and since our seemingly simple desire for a baby became an uphill battle. Recently diagnosed with mild lupus and PCOS, the fight for a family continues after 3 years, 3 lost angel babies, and the start of our journey into foster care.
